摘要/Abstract

摘要： 通过设计2对引物,建立了PRRSV的套式PCR方法,PRRSV细胞毒稀释10 000倍,依然能扩增出相应的片断,多次重复能得到一致的结果,非PRRSV病毒(猪瘟病毒、猪乙型脑炎病毒)均未扩增出相应片断。应用该方法对各地样品进行检测,表明建立的套式PCR方法适合进行流行病学调查。

Abstract: The PRRSV nest PCR method was established by designing two pairs of primers. Even if the cell PRRSVwas diluted for 10 000 times,the relevant gene fragment could still be amplified,and with very good repetition. But theDNA fragment was not obtained from CSFV and J EU.Then this method was used to detect the samples from different re-gions. The results showed that the nest PCR method was fit for the epidemiology investigation.
