水分胁迫对豇豆幼苗水分状况、气孔变化及生理生化指标的影响

Effect of Water Stress on the Water State,Stoma and Physiological Biochemistry in the Leaves of Vigna Sinensis Endl

摘要: 对四叶一心期的豇豆幼苗进行水分胁迫处理,结果表明:随着胁迫时间的延长,叶片含水量逐渐降低,叶片气孔张开率变小,脯氨酸、可溶性糖含量均明显增加,叶片叶绿素含量逐渐减少,脯氨酸含量、可溶性糖含量与叶片含水量、土壤含水量呈负相关,气孔张开率与叶片含水量、土壤含水量呈正相关。

Abstract: When four unfold leaves,start to stop irrigation in Vigna sinensis Endl.The result shows that the LWC(leave water containing) and the SWC(soil water containing)are decreasing gradually,the stoma-opening rate of leave diminish,the Proline and the soluble sugar increase obviously and the chlorophyll becomes decreasing.Both the Proline and the soluble sugar containing have the negative relation with LWC and SWC,while the stoma-opening rate has the positive relation with LWC and SWC.
