AM真菌和施氮量对黄芩幼苗生长和微量元素的影响

Effects of AM Fungi on the Growth and Microelement of Scuteliaria baiealensis Goorgi under Different N-applied Levels

摘要: 研究不同施氮条件下接种AM真菌摩西球囊霉对黄芩幼苗生长、化学成分和微量元素含量的影响。采用盆栽试验与室内分析相结合方法。同一施氮水平,接种AM真菌显著提高了黄芩根系侵染率、地上部Ca、地下部全氮、全磷、黄芩苷和Fe元素含量;不同施氮水平,接种株侵染率、地下部黄芩苷、地上部K和地下部Ca含量差异显著,并在N2~N3达到最大值。AM真菌能与黄芩形成良好共生关系,接种AM真菌有利于黄芩植株生长,提高黄芩幼苗化学成分含量。在施氮量为0.08~0.12 g/kg土时接种效果最好。

Abstract: The effects of AM fungi on the growth and microelement of Scuteliaria baiealensis Goorgi under different N-applied levels in the pot culture were studied. The results showed that AM fungi significant increased mycorrhizal infecting rate, baicalin, the content of Ca of shoot, total P, the content of Fe and total N of root under thesame N-applied levels. Under different N-applied levels, on mycorrhizal plants, mycorrhizal infecting rate, the content of K of shoot, baicalinand and the content of Ca of root were significant differenced. The content of K, Ca, Mg,Zn and Fe of shoot significantly increased under N2 - N3 level. AM fungal inoculation was conducive to the growth ofScuteliaria baiealensis Goorgi and increase the content of chemical components of seedlings. The inoculation effect ofAM fungi was the best under 0. 08 - 0. 12 g /kg.
