天津地区保护地蔬菜根结线虫种类的分子鉴定

Molecular Identification of Root-knot Nematodes on Vegetables in Greenhouses of Tianjin

摘要: 旨为明确天津地区蔬菜根结线虫的主要种类,为该区域线虫病害的防治提供理论依据。从天津市7个区、县温室中采集蔬菜根结线虫样本14份,应用线粒体DNA-限制性片段长度多态性(mtDNA-RFLP)技术,结合核糖体DNA内转录间隔区(rDNA-ITS区)的序列分析对其进行种类鉴定。结果表明,在天津地区采集的蔬菜根结线虫均为南方根结线虫。

Abstract: In order to identify the species of root-knot nematodes occurring on vegetables in greenhouses in Tianjin region and provide theoretical support for disease control,11 samples were collected from 7 counties.The RFLP for Mitochondrial DNA and the sequencing for ITS region of ribosomal DNA were applied to analyze the nematodes samples.The results showed that the species for all samples were identified as Meloidogyne incognita.
