儿茶素对断奶仔猪生长性能和免疫器官的影响

Effect of Catechin on Growth Performance and Immune Organ of Weaning Pigs

摘要: 选用日龄16~19d断奶仔猪124头,分5个处理,分别为对照组、0.2%半乳甘露寡糖组及0.1%,0.2%,0.3%儿茶素组,比较各处理对生长性能和免疫器官的影响。结果表明:添加儿茶素高剂量组第一周日增重高于对照组,但差异不显著(P>0.05),第2周差异显著(P<0.05),采食量无明显差异,对免疫器官的促进生长作用高于对照组,差异不显著(P>0.05),与半乳甘露寡糖对照组相比,差异均不显著。说明儿茶素与半乳甘露寡糖作用差异并不明显,均有促进作用。

Abstract: 124(16-19 d)weaning pigs were divided randomly into five groups for different treatments,control group was fed basal diet,group 1,2,3,4 was fed basal diet fortified 0.2% Galacto-mannan-oligosaccharide,0.1%,0.2%,0.3% catechin.The experiment was designed to compare the growth performance and immune organ of weaning pigs of different groups.The results show that:Compare with control group,after the first week,the growth performance and immune organ of experiment groups was higher,but not significantly(P<0.05),but at the second week,the ADG was increase significantly(P<0.05),compare with the Galacto-mannan-oligosaccharide,the effect of catechin group was nearly,so the function of catechin was similar to Galacto-mannan-oligosaccharide.It could be use in the animal nutrition industry
