摘要: 为研究纳米蒙脱石替代氧化锌对仔猪部分血清生化指标和粪中锌残留的影响,试验选取8头体重相近长大二元杂断奶仔猪,按体重和性别将其随机分为3个组,每组个重复,每个重复7头(公母比例为:3).对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组Ⅰ(氧化锌组)和试验组Ⅱ(纳米蒙脱石组)分别在基础日粮中添加3 000 mg/kg氧化锌和3 000 mg/kg纳米蒙脱石.试验期为28 d.结果表明,在试验第1 天和28 天时添加纳米蒙脱石血清锌浓度比氧化锌组分别降低53.10%和5.31%(P<0.05),粪锌含量分别降低69.61%和67.89%(P<0.05),血清碱性磷酸酶活性(Alkaline phosphatase,AKP)分别降低36.03%和8.99%(P<0.05),而对血清尿素氮(Serum urea nitrogen,SUN)、血清总蛋白(Total protein,TP)和血糖(Glucose,GLU)无明显影响.

Abstract: To investigate the effect of adding nano2montmorillonite (nano2MMT) instead of zinc oxide on the physio2 biochemical parameters of serum and the zinc level of feces in weanling piglets,eighty four landrace large white cross weanling piglets with similar weight were selected and were randomly divided into three groups according to their weights and sexes. Each group contained four replicates and each replicate contained seven piglets with four males and three fe2 males. The control group was fed with basal diet,and the treatment Ⅰand Ⅱwere fed with basal diet plus 3 000 mg/ kg zinc oxide or 3 000 mg/ kg nano2MMT,separately,which lasted for 28 days. The results showed that,compared to treat2 ment Ⅰ,the zinc concentration of serumwas reduced by 53110 % and 45131 % respectively( P < 0105),the zinc content of feces was reduced by 69161 % and 67189 % respectively ( P < 0105),and the activity of serum alkaline phosphatase was reduced by 36103 % and 48199 % respectively( P < 0105) for treatment Ⅱat 14th and 28th day1But treatment Ⅰand Ⅱhad no significant difference in serum urea nitrogen,total protein and glucose.
