稀土和基因型对小麦花培绿苗分化率的影响

摘要: 选用个年度10个不同基因型的小麦E1的组合进行花药培养,在分化培养基中加入不同浓度的稀土元素(RE)作为添加剂,研究稀土对小麦花培愈伤组织绿苗分化率的影响。结果表明:小麦花药培养绿苗分化率在含有不同浓度的稀土(0~3.0mg/L)的培养基中差异达到极显著水平,在转愈伤组织初期,R处理能显著提高小麦花培愈伤组织绿苗分化率(25.8%)。

Abstract: To identify the effects of REA on the induction frequency of wheat green plantlets,this study was conducted for 3 years,in which F1 of ten different wheat genotypes'combinations had been cultured on the different culture media containing progressive REA levels (0-3.0mg/L).The results of variance analysis indicated that:the inducing frequency of green wheat plantlets had extremely significant differences among the culture media with different REA concentration level.And the frequency of green wheat plantlets induced from anthers could be improved significantly to 25.83% on R3 treat,during the elementary period of callus culture.
