不同激素浓度对柠条茎段组织培养及植株再生的影响

Effects of Different Plant Hormone Concentrations on Tissue Culture and Plantlet Regeneration of Caragan microphylla

摘要: 以小叶锦鸡儿茎段为外植体,MS为基本培养基,设计不同浓度的6-BA,IAA,NAA,IBA,KT等单因子和不 同比例的细胞生长素和细胞分裂素组合试验。结果表明:在芽的诱导增殖过程中,添加有6-BA 0.5 mg/L,IAA 0.01 mg/L的MS培养基效果最好,诱导率为90%。在生根培养过程中,添加有IAA 0.5 mg/L的1/2MS培养基效果较好,生根率为86%。

Abstract: Stalk segments of Caragan nzzcrophylla Lam were cultured as explants on medium supplemented with plant hormone in different concentrations. The results showed that Murashige and Skoog(MS) medium supplemented with 6-BA 0.5 mg/L, IAA 0.O1 mg/L was the most effective medium for the differentiation and multiplication of the shoots. The optimum rooting medium was 1 /2MS+IAA 0.5 mg/L.
