喷施硒肥对大豆生长发育和生理生态参数的影响

Influence of Spraying Se-fertilizer on Growth and Development, Physiological and Ecological Parameter of Soybean

摘要: 通过不同时期对大豆叶面喷施不同浓度硒肥,试验结果表明,喷施硒肥对植株形态影响不明显,但可促进株粒数的增加,并以1.67mL/L处理效果最好;处理后的干物质积累量、叶面积指数及比叶重均高于对照,但高浓度(3.33mL/L)处理抑制大豆叶片叶绿素含量,适当浓度(1.67mL/L)处理有利提高光合速率;喷施硒肥可以改善群体结构,调节光分布。研究表明,大豆叶面喷施适当浓度的硒肥能促进大豆生长发育和改善生理生态指标,提高子粒中硒含量,对促进产量提高具有重要作用。

Abstract: The field experiments was conducted by spraying different concentration Se-fertilizer on soybean at different stages. The results indicated that spraying Se-fertilizer could increase grain number of single plant, 1.67 mL/ L treatment was the best; DW, LAI and SLW were higher than control, but high concentration ( 3133 mL/ L) treatment could decrease chlorophyll content of soybean leaf, suitable concentration ( 1. 67 mL/ L) treatment benefit to increase NAK; Spraying Se-fertilizer could improve group structure of soybean and regu- late the distribution of light in canopy. Experiments suggested that spraying suitable concentration of Se-fertiliz- er could improve growth and development, physiological and ecological parameter, and increased Se content, which is important to increase yield of soybean.
