筛选与变温锻炼对赤眼蜂种蜂质量的影响

Effect of Sellection and Fluctuate Temperature Exercise on the Quality of Trichogramma

摘要: 对甘蓝夜蛾赤眼蜂采用筛选和变温锻炼的4个组合处理连续饲养。20代后,在25℃,(75±5)%RH条件下检测质量指标。在饲喂蜂蜜水的条件下,经过筛选的处理雌蜂平均寿命和平均产卵量显著高于未经筛选处理。饲喂与不饲喂条件下测定处理组间差异显著性相同,不饲喂条件下各处理组平均寿命与产卵量相应降低。雌蜂后足胫节长度除恒温不筛选处理显著小于两筛选处理外,其他处理之间没有显著差异。恒温与变温处理之间各项指标都没有显著差异,但经过变温锻炼的处理多数质量指标明显高于恒温处理。

Abstract: T richogr amma brassi cae were reared on Si tot roga cerealel la eggs by four treatment s. Quality ofeach treatment was assessed in 20th generation. Longev ity and fecundity of t reatments by selection of Tr-ichogramma wasps w ere notably higher than t reatments without selection. Results showed no notably dif ferencebetween t reatments with fluctuate temperature exercise and t reatment s without f luctuate temperature exercise,but t reatments with f luctuate temperature exercise represented obvious longer longevity and hig her fecunditythan t reatments without exercise.
