摘要: 转Bt基因荧光假单胞菌工程菌BioP8在河北省保定市进行了环境释放及跟踪监测,对其在田间的定殖、扩散、田间防效、对田间节肢动物群落的影响以及工程菌与土壤中天然芽胞杆菌消长动态关系进行了调查。工程菌BioP8在棉田棉叶和土壤中均能定殖、存活,且消长趋势相近,在施药后第3天BioP8菌密度均达最高值,之后趋于衰减;室内模拟试验研究说明工程菌BioP8与土壤中天然芽胞杆菌之间不存在相互拮抗作用;BioP8对棉田中的天敌有较明显的保护作用,BioP8防治区的益害比最高为392∶1,比化防区最高益害比高452%。工程菌对田间节肢动物群落物种丰富度有一定的影响,BioP8防治区的节肢动物个体总量介于化防区和空白对照区的个体总量。

Abstract: Field release and detectio n of engineered Pseudomonas f luorescens st rain with Bt cry genes wascarried in Baoding,Hebei province.The colonization,diffusion and cont rolling effect of this st rain w ere investigated.Its effect on natural enemies and arthropod communi ty w ere researched,also it s relation wi th ebb andflow of native Bacillus.The results show ed that BioP8 could colonize and survive in cot ton environment.Densityof BioP8 reached the highest level either in soil o r on leaves three days after sprayed on cot ton.Simulated experimentshowed that there was no mutual antagonistic betw een BioP8 and natural bacillus.BioP8 could af fect abundancedeg ree of arthropod group in field in some deg ree.The hig hest ratio between natural enemies and insect sin Biop8 field was higher than in chemical field by 45.2 %.
