甲基毒死蜱在棉花上的残留动态研究

摘要: 通过大田试验和气相色谱分析,研究了甲基毒死蜱在棉花上的消解动态和最终残留。研究表明,甲基毒死蜱在棉花上的半衰期为492~609d,在土壤中的半衰期为476~695d。40%甲基毒死蜱乳油按推荐剂量2250mL/hm2和加倍剂量4500mL/hm2施药3~4次,施药间隔10d,距最后一次施药30d采样,在棉籽中未检出甲基毒死蜱的残留。

Abstract: The residual dynamics and final residues of chlo rpy rifos-methyl in Co tton were studied throughfield experiment s and chromatog raphic analyses.The half-lives of chlorpy rifos-methyl were 4.92-6.09 day s incotton and 4.76-6.95 days in soil.Being t reated 3-4 times for every 10 days each wi th chlorpyrifos-methyl 40 %EC at recommended dosage of 2 250 mL/hm2and double dosage of 4 500 mL/hm2,the residue of chlo rpy rifosmethylin co tton seeds 30 days aw ay from the last treatment was not detectable respectively.
