小麦灌浆过程中子粒戊聚糖含量变化规律的初步研究

A Preliminary Study on Change Law of Grain Pentosan Content in Different Wheat Varieties During Grain Filling Stage

摘要: 运用统计学方法对6个不同小麦品种子粒灌浆成熟过程中戊聚糖含量的变化规律进行了分析研究.结果表明,6个不同小麦品种子粒戊聚糖含量在开花后15 d达到较高的数值(57.7~68. g/kg),之后逐渐下降,至开花后30 d左右降至最小值(5.0~51.3 g/kg),其后又缓慢上升.6个不同小麦品种子粒戊聚糖含量的动态变化表现较为一致,但在具体数值和变化速度上,不同品种之间存在一定的差别.

Abstract: The change law of grain pentosan content in 6 different wheat varieties during grain filling stage was studied by means of the statistical methods.The result show ed that the grain pentosan content is very high at the fifteenth day after blossom,then begain to drop.It reached to the lowest value at the thirty day,but it gradually rise again after that.
