小麦孢囊线虫病瘿瘤密度对麦苗生长的影响

Effects of Root Knot Density of Heterodera avenae Woll. Disease on Seedling Growth in Wheat

摘要: 根据小麦孢囊线虫病典型症状--根部形成瘿瘤及其密度变化,探讨了该病害对小麦苗期生长影响.结果表明:瘿瘤密度与麦苗长势呈极显著负相关;瘿瘤密度在0.21~1.83,麦苗主茎高降低27.5%~5.%,单株分蘖减少.3%~77.0%,叶片减少7.9%~65.7%,次生根条数及根长分别减少1.3%~61.6%,8.0%~71.9%.瘿瘤密度达.22以上时,麦苗不能形成分蘖和次生根,且弱小黄化严重而及早枯死.

Abstract: :The cereal cy st nematode disease and it s inf luence on seedling g row th in w heat w ere studied in this paper .The typical symptom of the disease appeared that root kno ts(nematode g all) are formed at branching part of roots .The resul t of investig at ion on roo t kno ts caused by the nematode disease show ed a highly sig nificant negative correlation between root knot densities and seedling grow th vigor in w heat .As roo t knot density g radually increased from 0.21 to 1.83 , the height of main stem , length of roots , no .of tiller , leave and secondary root per plant have decreased by 27.5 %-45.4 %, 8.0 %-71.9 %, 4.3 %-77.0 %, 7.9 %-65.7 % and 1.3 %-61.6 %, respectively .When the density reached 4.22 above , the seedlings becoming very w eak and yellow can no t produce tiller and secondary roo ts and died early .
