小麦种子太空诱变效应研究

摘要: 对份稳定的小麦品系进行太空诱变处理,SP1在生长上受到一定抑制;SP2产生了广谱性分离;SP3各性状已基本稳定,从中选到个性状优良的品系.这一结果表明,太空诱变效果明显,可以作为一种有效的育种手段.

Abstract: :Four stable w heat lines w ere shipped by satelli te for 15 days .In SP1 generation , their g row th w ere slightly restrained .In SP2 w ide-ranged separations are observed .In SP3 these variations kept stable generally .Four promising lines have been selected .The result s showed that the effect of space mutation are signif icant , it can be an effective mean of breeding .
