干旱逆境下小麦幼苗叶片细胞核超微结构与钙离子的关系

摘要: 采用改进的焦锑酸钙沉淀的细胞化学方法,探讨了在干旱逆境条件下细胞核与Ca2+水平变化的关系。结果表明:在正常水分下生长的小麦幼苗,其细胞核中含有少量Ca2+;细胞核圆球状,异染色质分散分布于常染色质之间。随着水分胁迫时间的延长,细 胞核中的自由Ca2+逐渐增多,同时细胞核超微结构受到的伤害越发严重,核膜皱缩 ,异染色质凝聚加重,直至细胞核面临解体。

Abstract: The relationship between the nucleus of the wheat seedli ng and Ca2+ under water stress was examined with the cytochemical method of the improved calciu m antimonate precipitation. The results obtained showed that there was a little calcium in nucleus; the shape of the nucleus liked a ball and the chromatin was scattered distributed. With the longer the duration of water stress the higher the free Ca2+ in nucleus and the more serious the ultrastructure of the nu cleus; the membrane of the nucleus wrinkled and the chromatin agglutinated, the shape was abnormal, at last it was disintegrated.
