稻瘟病菌毒素对水稻根冠细胞微丝的影响

Effect of Pyricularia Oryzae Toxins on Microfil ament of Rice Root Cap Cells

摘要: 用稻瘟病菌90-2菌株产生的毒素,处理水稻同核异质野败型雄性不育细胞质珍汕97A及其保 持系正常细胞质珍汕97B的根冠细胞,以异硫氰酸荧光素-鬼笔环肽为探针,观察了 毒素处理 前后细胞微丝骨架的形态及分布变化。结果显示,毒素处理前珍汕97A,珍汕97B的根冠细胞 中,微丝由内向外广泛散布,粗细不等,呈无序网络分布。毒素处理后,珍汕97A的根冠细 胞微丝的密集分布被破坏,纤丝状微丝不复存在,微丝集聚成粗束,有的呈碎片状;而珍汕 97B的根冠细胞微丝破坏程度轻,微丝分布类似于毒素处理前的分布。本文研究了在毒素作 用下,不同细胞质微丝状态及分布的变化,并探讨了毒素致病机理及微丝参与信号转导的可能性。

Abstract: The distribution of actin filaments (AFs) in the root cap cells of rice Zhenshan 97A and Zhenshan 97B was studied using fluorescence probe FITC-Phalloid in. When the root cap cells were treated by toxins, the distrbution pattern of AF s was changed into bundles or granules. The AFs in Zhenshan 97A were destroyed mo re than that of in Zhenshan97B. As a extracelluar signal, the toxins have the pa thogenicity to the rice by some way. The results suggest that the microfilment is related to the signal transduction.
