外源激素对杂种酸模叶组培效果的影响

Influence of Explant Hormone on Efficacy of Leaf Cultural Tissue in Hybrid Slam

摘要: 对不同外源激素配比影响杂种酸模叶组培效果进行了试验,结果表明,诱导形成愈伤组织和分化形成芽的最佳激素配比为MS+1mg/LIBA+1mg/L6-BA;促进芽丛分化的激素配比为1/2MS附加0.5mg/L6-BA+0.8mg/LIBA。还对试管内和试管外生根的激素选择及其成活率进行了比较,试管外生根明显优于试管内生根。

Abstract: Efficacy of leaf cultural tissue inhybrid slam with different explanthormone was tested. The besthormone making up of production callus and splited bud was MS+1.0 mg/L IBA+1.0 mg/L 6-BA. Thehormone making up of production bud tussock was 1/2 MS+0.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.8 mg/L IBA. The production root of test-tub inside and outside withhormone selection and survival rate were compared, the test-tub of outside is better than that of inside.
