摘要： 褐蘑菇产自内蒙和冀北坝上高原，将它南移下坝进行人工栽培是本研究的目的。选用当地栽培材料，研究其配比，通过调查料发酵情况，菌丝吃料情况，出菇情况，逐步摸索出适应坝下至河北省南部地区的栽培原料及最佳配比。结果表明：合理比例的玉米秸和鸡粪是河北南部栽培褐蘑菇较为理想的栽培主原料。

Abstract: In order to cultivate the kalgan mushroom that originated in grass land of Zhangjiakou in south of Shijiazhuang,we studied the ratio of the material which used for cultivating the kalgan mushroom.Throught investigation of the growth of fungus,the yield of mushroom,suitable ratio of cultivating material was developed.The result showed that corn stock and chicken manure,etc.is the best material for cultivating kalgan mushroom.
