含水量对精包装蔬菜种子活力的影响

摘要: 不同含水量梯度的铝箔袋包装甜椒(甜杂六号)和大白菜种子(小杂55),在40℃恒温条件下人工老化,老化时间分别为4d、10d、20d、35d.其种子活力在不同的含水量水平有明显的差别,而且有一个含水量阈值。这两种蔬菜种子在铝箔袋包装条件下贮藏的含水量阈值均为6%。含水量在6%以下时,随着老化时间的延长,种子活力的变化表现为缓慢下降;含水量在6%以上时,随着老化时间的延长,种子活力大幅度的下降。6%的含水量为甜椒和大白菜种子在精包装条件下贮藏的含水量上限。

Abstract: Two vegetable seeds (Sweet pepper hybrid 6, Chinese cabbage hybrid 55) with different seed miosture contents kept in airtight-packages went through the treatment of artificial ageing under the condition of 40℃ constant temperature for 4 days, 10 days, 20 days or 35 days respectively.The vigour of two vegetable seeds varied obviously with different seed moisture contents.The seed moisture content of 6.0% was the threshold for the vigour of sweet pepper and Chinese cabbage seeds kept in airtight-packages.When seed moisture content was above 6.0%, seed vigour was reduced greatly as ageing time extended.When seed moisture content was below 6.0%, the value was only reduced slowly as ageing time extended.The seed moisture content of 6.0% was the upper limit for sweet pepper and Chinese cabbage seeds kept in airtight-packages.
