摘要: 用4个国内转基因棉花品系(95-1,2527,95-60,纯抗)和1个美国转基因棉花品种(DH3)进行抗虫性试验。结果表明,棉花不同组织器官的抗虫性不同,花瓣,苞叶和顶端叶抗虫性最强;国内转基因棉花的4个品系和美国DH3的抗虫性强弱没有显着差异;转基因棉花的蛋白毒性在棉铃虫体内具有一定的残效。

Abstract: The experiment was conducted to study resistance of cotton different organs to bollworm with four domestic strains of transgenic cotton and one American variety of transgenic cotton. The result indicated that: 1. resistance to bollworm varied with different organs; 2. petals, bracts and terminal leaves have high resistance to bollworm; 3. the resistance of domestic transgenic cottons and abroad transgenic cotton was not marked difference; 4. Toxin of transgenic cotton showed remnant effect on bollworm growth.
