环境因素对黄瓜幼苗光合特性的影响

摘要: 温度、光照、 CO2浓度及测定时间等因素均对黄瓜幼苗的光合速率产生不同程度的影响。光通量密度在1400µmo1·m-2·s-1左右光合作用达到光饱和点;25~30℃时黄瓜幼苗的净光合速率最高,温度上升或下降均明显降低幼苗的净光合速率,同时使光补偿点和饱和点发生变化。一般条件下, CO2浓度越高,幼苗的净光合速率越大,光饱和点上升。测定时间也对结果产生较大影响,上午光合能力最强,下午最弱。

Abstract: Effects of enviroment on photosynthetic characteristic of cucumber seedlings were studied in the experiment. The results were as follows: 1.The photosynthetic rate (Pn) was influenced by photo flux density(PFD).At about 1400µmo1·m-2·s-1 Pn reached photosynthesis light saturation; 2.The photosynthetic rate was highest at 25-30℃,and when the temperature went up or declined,it obviously decreased,meantime,light compensation point and light saturation changed; 3.The photosynthetic rate was influenced highly by CO2 concentration. The more the CO2 concentration was ,the more the photosynthetic rate of seedlings;4Photosynthetic rate changed with time,the highest appeared at 9∶00 and the lowest at 16∶00.
