抗4、抗7高粱品种选育及对丝黑穗病抗性的遗传

Breeding of Kang 4 and Kang 7 Sorghum Hybrids and Inheritance of the Resistance to Head Smut in Sorghum

摘要: 抗4、抗7高粱杂交种是由Tx622A不育系和晋粱5号、忻粱7号恢复系杂交选育而成,具有高产、高抗至免疫丝黑穗病和适应性广等特点,增产15%~18%,在人工接菌条件下发病率为0,对照种为82.4%,是目前山西、河北、陕西、甘肃和天津等省市生产上推广的骨干品种。与此同时,结合高粱育种对丝黑穗病的抗性及遗传作了进一步的探讨,结果表明,现有高粱品种间抗病性存在着显着差异。Tx622A等不育系抗性最强,具有质量性状的遗传特点;Tx3197A等不育系抗性较差,则有数量性状的遗传特点。

Abstract: Kang 4 and kang 7 sorghum hybrids were crossed with male sterile line Tx622A and restorer lines Jinliang5 and Xinliang7. The two hybrids had characters of high yield,high resistance to head smut and extensive adaptiveness. Their yields generally increased 15%~18%. Under artificial inoculation,their disease incidences were zero,however,the control was 824%.The two hybrids were major cultivars in Shanxi,Hebei, Shaanxi, Gansu, Tianjin etc.now. It was also studied that the resistance to head smut of hybrids and their parents and inheritance of resistance. The results showed that there were significant differences between hybrids and their parents:male sterile line Tx622A had high resistance to head smut and character of qualitative inheritance ,while male sterile line Tx3197A had low resistance to head smut and character of quantitative inheritance.
