小麦谷蛋白亚基的等位基因变异及其对面团和面时间的影响

Allelic Variations of Glutenin Subunits of Wheat and Their Effects on Dough Mixing Time

摘要: 利用澳大利亚不同谷蛋白亚基组成的小麦配制的4个组合的F4代材料,研究了小麦高低分子量谷蛋白亚基的等位基因变异及其对面团和面时间的影响,结果麦明由Glu-D1位点内等位基因d控制的5+10亚基和由Glu-B1位点内等位基因i控制的17+18亚基,分别比其相应的等位基因a控制的2+12和等位基因e控制的20x+20y亚基可以显着地提高面团和面时间;Glu-3位点内同源染色体等位基因之间对和面时间具有加性和互作效应;Glu-1和Glu-3位点之间对面团和面时间效应的相对大小受群体遗传背景的影响。

Abstract: Populations of four crosses of Suneca×Sunstar, Suneca×Cocamba, Suneca×Mokoan and Sunco×Hartog in F 4 generations were used to study the effects of allelic variations of high and low molecular weight(HMW,LMW)glutenin subunits of wheat on dough mixing time. The results indicated that allele d(subunits 5+10)of Glu D1 and allele 1(subunits 17+18)of Glu B1 could extend the dough mixing time significantly in comparison with their counterparts a(2+12)and e(20x+20y)respectively. Alleles in Glu 3 loci had additive and interaction effects on dough mixing time.The relative magnitude of effects of Glu 1 and Glu 3 on dough mixing time was largely influnced by their genetic backgrounds.
