谷子品种过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱的极点排序

摘要: 用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析了来自山东境内黄河流域种植的20个谷子农家品种的过氧化物酶同工酶酶谱,并用极点排序的方法对谷子品种酶谱进行分类。结果表明:20个品种可分为六个类型,品种间、类群间酶谱相似系数较大,说明这些来自山东省不同地区的品种存在着近缘关系;同时表明从分子水平上分类更具有准确性。用极点排序的方法研究谷子同工酶酶谱可以达到差异定量比较的目的。

Abstract: The isoperoxidase electrophoregrams of 20 millet varieties which were collected from Yellow River valley in Shandong provinceve were analysed by suing PAGE and polar ordination method The result showed that the 20 varieties could be classified into 6 groups but there were large similarity in electrophoregrams among the varieties and the groups which suggested that these varieties from different districts of Shandong province were closely related and that the classification on molecular levelw as more accurate than on morphological or ecological bases Polar ordination of isoenzyme electrophoregrams could identify difference quantitatively among millet varieties.
