离子注入缓解Al3+毒害绿豆根生长及根尖细胞核仁的作用

Effects of N+and Cu+ Ion Irradiation Antagonistic to Al3+ Poisoning in Root Growth and Nucleolus of Phaseolus radiatus

摘要: 用不同剂量的N+、CU+离子束辐照绿豆种子,研究缓解Al3+对根生长及根尖细胞核仁的毒害作用。结果表明:在2∗1015,5∗1015N+/cm2,5×1015和1∗1016Cu+/cm2剂量范围内,离子注入对10-3mol/L Al3+处理的绿豆具有保护性作用。

Abstract: The protective effects of N+and Cu+ ion irradiation with different doses antagonistic to Al poisoning in root growth and nucleoli in root tip cells of Phaseolus radiatus were studied. The results showed that N+ (2 ∗ 105and 5 ∗ 105/cm2)and Cu+ (5 ∗ 105and 1 ∗ 106/cm2)ion beam irradiation can give the protective effects against Al poisoning the root growth and nucleoli of the root tip cells of P. racluitus during the whole treatment with 10-3mol/L A13+.
