摘要: 以晋绿2号为材料,用盆栽试验的方法,研究Hg2+、Cr3+和Pb2+单一处理对绿豆花荚期光合作用的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,随Hg2+、Cr3+和Pb2+单一处理浓度的升高,绿豆叶绿素a、叶绿素b、叶绿素a/b、净光合速率、蒸腾速率、气孔导度和胞间CO2浓度均呈现不同程度的下降趋势 低浓度的Cr3+和Pb2+对叶绿素a、叶绿素b、蒸腾速率、气孔导度和胞间CO2浓度有促进作用 3种重金属中,Hg2+对绿豆花荚期光合作用的抑制作用最强。

Abstract: With Jinlu 2 as test material,a pot experiment was conducted to study the effects of treatment of sigleheavy metal(Hg2+,Cr3+,Pb2+)on the photosynthesis of mung bean in podding period. The result showed,compared withCK,the chlorophyll a,chlorophyll b,chlorophyll a to chlorophyll b,net photosynthesis rate,transpiration rate,stomatalconductance and intercellular COz concentration were reduced by different degree with the the increase of concentration ofsingle treatment of Hg2+,Cr3+and Pb2+Low concentration Cr3+and Pb2+had promoter action on chlorophyll a,chloro-phyll b,transpiration rate,stomatal conductance and intercellularCO2concentration. The inhibited effect of Hg2+on thephotosynthesis of mung bean in podding period was the greatest in three heavy metal.
