离子注入对小麦三叶期3种保护酶活性的影响

The Effect of Ion Implantation on the Activity of Three Kinds of Protective Enzymes in 3rd-leaf Period of Wheat

摘要: 以鉴54、豫农118及豫麦18号为材料,研究了不同剂量率、剂量离子注入对小麦三叶期过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性的影响。结果发现:离子注入后小麦三叶期的幼苗叶片中CAT和POD的酶活性一直高于对照,而SOD在低剂量条件下酶活高于对照,在剂量大于5.6×1017N+/cm2时酶活性低于对照。随着剂量的增加,酶活性变化趋势为先升后降,且有一定的波动性。不同剂量率间酶活有一定差异,品种间有辐射敏感性差异。

Abstract: Embryos of wheat varieties Jian 54, Yunong 118 and Yumai 18 were implanted by different dose rate and fluence at the energy of 30 keV. The activities of POD, CAT and SOD enzymes were determined in 3-leaf period of wheat. The result showed that CAT and POD enzyme activities after implantation were stronger than that of control; For SOD, the activity was stronger than the control in low dose, but was lower when dose exceeded 5.6×1017N+/cm2. With the increase of dose, the enzyme activity is up, and then down. The enzyme activity were significantly different between dose rates, and the sensitivity of varieties to ion implantation were also different.
