多胺对小麦种子萌发及芽中保护酶系统的影响

摘要: 以冀麦24小麦种子为材料,用不同浓度精胺溶液浸种,再分别作精胺催芽和水催芽两种处理,研究精胺对小麦种子的发芽势、发芽率、芽长、芽干重、根干重及芽中SOD、POD活性的影响。结果表明,0.05mmol/L精胺浸种,水催芽可提高发芽势,0.01mmol/L精胺浸种,精胺催芽和水催芽均使发芽率、芽长、芽干重、根干重明显高于对照,水催芽处理的芽中SOD、POD活性显著提高,有利于降低膜质过氧化水平,为小麦苗齐、苗壮打下良好基础。

Abstract: The seeds of wheat (Jimai 24) presoaked in different concentration spermine germinated in both spermine and water.The effects of spermine on the germination vigour, germination percentage, length of buds, weight of buds, weight of roots and the activities of SOD and POD were studied.The results showed, that the germination vigour of seeds soaked in spermine 0.05mmol/L was increased,and germination percentage,bud length,bud weight and root weight were obviously higher than those of control.The activities of SOD and POD in the buds coming from seeds treated with water were increased, which decreased the level of membrane lipid peroxidation.As a result,the foundation for strengthening seedlings would be set up.
