摘要: 在扫描电镜和光学显微镜下分别观察了黄豆亚属3种植物种皮的表面结构和解剖结构。野生大豆的种皮结构和栽培大豆明显不同,半野生大豆介于二者之间,为野生大豆经半野生大豆逐渐演化成栽培大豆提供了依据。

关键词: 黄豆亚属, 种皮, 表面结构, 解剖结构

Abstract: The anatomic and surface structures of the seed coat of 3 species of Soja are observed under the light microscope and the scanning electronic microscope.It is evident that the seed coat structure of the wild soybean is different from that of the cultivated soybean, and that of the semi-wild soybean is between the two above-mentioned.It provides evidence that the cultivated soybean has evolved gradually from the wild soybean through the semi-wild soybean.
