马铃薯高淀粉品种的选育

Breeding of Potato Varieties with High Starch Content

摘要: 1982~1990年的系统研究表明,选择淀粉含量在16.5%以上的马铃薯普通栽培种(S.tuberosum)和新型栽培种(Neo-tuberosum)杂交,可以筛选出淀粉含量达20%以上的高淀粉品种。通过对4组600多对相关数据的测定,证实了从实生苗当代就进行高淀粉单株筛选的可靠性。

Abstract: Studies on breeding potato varieties with high starch content have been carried out for nine years (1982-1990). The result showed that varieties with starch content over 20% can be selected by crossing the varieties of S. tuberosum with starch content over 16.5% with varieties of Neo-tuberosum. More than 600 pairs of relative data indicated that the selection of high starch content plant in F1 seedling is reliable.
