不同世代太谷核不育小麦对花药成株的影响

The Effect of Different Generations of Taigu Genie Male-sterile Wheat to Anther Plant

摘要: 通过对太谷核不育小麦杂交一代可育株和不育株,及二、三、四代可育株花药的离体培养,结果表明:1.不育株花药培养能够获得植株再生;2.杂交一代的可育株花药出愈率最高,绿苗分化率亦最高;3.基因型对花药出愈率和绿苗分化率有明显的影响.

Abstract: The anther was cultured from fertile and sterile plants of filial generation (F1)and from fertile of plant filial generation (F2,F3, F4)in Taigu genie male-sterile wheat. The results indicated: 1 ) The plantlets could be regenerated through culture of anther from sterile plants. 2 ) Callus formation percentage in anthers and differentiation percentage of green plantlets were the highest in fertile plants of F1. 3)The percentage callus formation and percentage of green plantlets differentiation were markedly effected by genotype.
