摘要： 在以往工作基础上进一步研究了小麦灌浆期叶片、鞘、茎糖分日变化和各生育期叶片糖分日变化动态。结果表明：在乳熟期小麦叶片中午糖分积累明显且主要是蔗糖积累。施防午睡剂后由于减少了叶糖分积累，从而午睡减轻、日光合产值提高和增加了籽粒产量。

Abstract: On the basis of previous research work daily changes of soluble carbohyrate ut wheatorgans such as blade,sheath,sremp and.ear were studied.The results of experiment indicate:At the time of photosynthetic"midday.nap",the magnitude of accumulation of luble carbohydrate of wheat vegatative organs was highest during grain tilling period.several sugars range in order:can sugar>mono saccharide>starch in terms of magnitude of accumulation.Identical cause of nature of wheat organs such as blade,sheath earstemp was found.Before the heading period the accumulation of soluble carbohydrate was not tound.During the florescence the accumulaoion was found but it was not signittcant yet.then the accumulation of soluble carbohydrate was depressed during grain filling period the photosynthetic"midday.nap"was decreased and the net photosynthetic rate was increased,as a result,higher yield was obtianed.It was further proved that the accumutation of soluble carbohydrate was one of causes of photosynthetic"midday-nap"of wheat during grain filling period.
