Abstract:
Hereditary coefficient of variation, heritability and other relative parameters among 12 characters were aNa+lysed on 9 materials of Sorghum x Sudan(Sorghum bicolor x S.Sudanense).Result showed，heri-tability and hereditary rate of the characters, such as height，leaf number, stem thickness, tiller number, weight ratio of leaf and root were high, and the variation of that were wide. The hereditary correlation among fresh weight，leaf width, stem thickness, tiller number, height, leaf number and dry biomass were significant. The path aNa+lysis proved the characters above directly affected the fresh weight of single plant. The relationship of characters and the contribution to synthetic index were showed through the method of main element aNa+lysis. So, the target of forage grass yield was realized.
