A Study on Treatment Effects of Soluble Norfloxacin for E.coli and S.pullorum Infections

Abstract: The soluble, nonsoluble norfloxacin and chlorumphenical were used to study the treatment effects for the infections of avian E.colt and S.pullorum. The protective percentage with 200 ppm,100ppm,50ppm dosage of soluble norfloxacin for mixed infections of E.coli and S.pullorum were 91.65%, 88.55% and 76.65% respectively.The results showed that the effects of soluble norfloxacin were superior to nonsoluble norfloxacin and chlorumphenical.
