Abstract: The present paper studies the dynamic change and tendency of nacural regeneration pattern of Korean pine(Pinus Koraiensis) population.From the statistic analysis of the systematic sampling data according to the traditional 2×2(m¹) regeneration pattern,it is obviously shown that the regeneration pattern undergoes regular changes with the advance of cime.As a new-born community in a state of evolution,when the natural regeneration of a Korean pine pupulxcioa takes place,its pattern tends to change from the aggregate type to the random type.The process may be very complication ed,mainly depending on the interaction between the populartion's biological traits and rhr ecological.environment.
