A BASIC INVESTIGATION OF VEGETABLE DISEASES IN BEIJING AREA

Abstract: From 1981 to 1985, a total of 391 diseases and 183 species of pathogens were collected on 55 kinds of vegetables, in which there were Fungi (135), Viruses(l8), Bacteria(g), Nematodes (14), Parasitic flowering plants (2) and Nonparasitic diseases (4) .Ecological patterns of distribution of vegetables, incidences of various diseases to vegetable plants and reasons of vegetable disease aggravation were clarified. A suggestion for integrates mamagement of vegetable diseases was proposed.
