Application of Suppression Subtractive Hybridization Technique in Plant Field

Abstract

Abstract: Suppression subtractive hybridizat ion( SSH) is a hybridization technique based on transcriptional level, it could identify and collect different expressed genes by amplify the different genes over 1000 times. Because of the advan??tage of the technique including high efficiency, high sensitiveness, simple operation and low false positive rate, its applica??tion in plant is broadly more and more.This paper reviewed its working foundation, characters and application in plant re??search.
