Abstract: The production of high-quality agricultural products is a system engineering,it is concerned with the comprehensive application of multiple science that involves environmental science ,nutrition,hygiene,ecology,culture.The main factors of influencing agricultural product quality and the main harmful substance causing pollution to agricultural products has been explained in this paper,thinking and countermeasure for the production high quality agricultural products of free from contamination was point out at the same time.
