Abstract: The area of semiarid land has above 75 percent of all cultivated land in Inner Mongolia Autonomous.It is the important step of accomplishing stable and high product for the region's agriculture to improve the building of semiaridland's capital construction.We must insist on high standard and connecting engineering,bioligic and agronomic measures effectively to build dryland's capital construction farmland.
