Abstract:
The protective effects of N+and Cu+ ion irradiation with different doses antagonistic to Al poisoning in root growth and nucleoli in root tip cells of Phaseolus radiatus were studied. The results showed that N+ (2 ∗ 105and 5 ∗ 105/cm2)and Cu+ (5 ∗ 105and 1 ∗ 106/cm2)ion beam irradiation can give the protective effects against Al poisoning the root growth and nucleoli of the root tip cells of P. racluitus during the whole treatment with 10-3mol/L A13+.
