向日葵核心种质资源基础类群划分研究

Analysis of Classification and Genetic Relationship among Core Sunflower Germplasm Resources

摘要: 向日葵是一种重要的油料作物,同时也是一种潜在的能源植物,其核心种质资源基础类群的划分可为向日葵远缘杂交提供理论依据。采用形态学标记与RAPD标记相结合的方法,利用UPGMA聚类法对50份向日葵核心种质资源材料亲缘关系进行了深入研究。形态学标记法结果显示,50份供试种质资源可分为三大类群,其中第Ⅰ类群27份种质,第Ⅱ类群22份种质,第Ⅲ类群只包含1份种质,进一步研究表明,供试种质资源的种质地理分布以及用途与聚类结果关联性较强。同时,分子标记的UPGMA聚类结果也验证了上述结论;RAPD分子标记聚类法也将供试材料分为三大类群,其中第Ⅰ类群26份种质,第Ⅱ类群23份种质,第Ⅲ类群包含1份种质,形态学与RAPD聚类结果的吻合率为96.30%;形态学标记结果与RAPD标记分类结果可靠。

Abstract: Sunflower is one of most important oil crops,and is also a kind of potential ornamental plants. Analysis of classification among the core sunflower germplasm resources is helpful for utilizing hetero.Morphological characteristics and RAPD markers were employed in detecting the genetic diversity among 50 sunflower germplasm resources with UPGMA method. The genetic diversity among the resources was revealed by cluster analysis on morphological characteristics. Clustering analysis indicated that the germplasms could be divided into three groups:27 germplasms were classified into group Ⅰ;group Ⅱ had 22 germplasms and group Ⅲ had 1 germplasm.Clustering analysis on morphological characteristics was associated with geological distribution.Furthermore,the results of RAPD cluster indicated that the germplasms could be divided into three groups,which were confirmed by the result of morphological characteristics cluster.The germplasms could be divided into three groups:26 germplasms were classified into group Ⅰ;group Ⅱ had 23 germplasms;group Ⅲ had 1 germplasm. Coincidence rate between morphological characteristics and RAPD was 96.30%. The results of the morphology and RAPD were identical.
