咸水灌溉对紫花苜蓿生物学性状的影响

摘要: 通过7个浓度水平的咸水灌溉盆栽试验,研究了咸水灌溉对紫花苜蓿生物学性状的影响。结果表明,随着NaCl浓度的加大,分枝期、现蕾期、初花期的株高均呈下降的趋势。随株龄的增长,紫花苜蓿对咸水灌溉的耐受力增强。在初花期,高盐分含量的咸水灌溉对紫花苜蓿茎的生长发育抑制作用显著,而低盐分含量的咸水对其也有抑制作用,但未达到显著水平(P >0.05)。过高盐分含量的咸水灌溉将增大紫花苜蓿的茎叶比,降低紫花苜蓿的品质。低盐分含量的咸水对紫花苜蓿的再生速度虽有抑制作用,但未达到显著水平(P >0.05)。

Abstract: This paper studied the effect of salt water irrigation on alfalfa biology characters under the condition of the salt water experiment of seven levels. Research results showed that the alfalfa heights were shorter in the first branch stage,full branch stage and first flower stage with the salt concentration becoming higher. And with the alfalfa became older,the ability of salt tolerance was stronger. In the first flower stage,the salt water irrigation of high salt content hinder the growth of alfalfa strongly,but the low salt content water has weak action to the growth of alfalfa.And the stern leaf ratio become bigger and the quality was low when irrigated by high salt content water. The low salt content water can hinder the regeneration speed,but the otherness can't reach the significant level(P > 0. 05).
