摘要: 以感黄萎病品种冀棉11作对照,对14份转葡聚糖酶、几丁质酶抗黄萎病基因材料的抗病性进行了鉴定。研究表明:试验材料的发病程度年份之间差异较大,但趋势基本相同;棉花整个生育时期的发病程度不同,从前、中、后期呈逐渐加重之势,后期黄萎病发生最重,且材料之间差异很大,后期鉴定应作为黄萎病鉴定的主要时期,前、中期也应是必不可少的参考;供试材料中鉴定高抗黄萎病材料1份,抗病材料1份,耐病材料9份,说明β-1,3-葡聚糖酶、几丁质酶抗黄萎病基因对黄萎病具有一定抗性,且可在棉花植株内表达;抗病好的材料皮棉产量不一定最高,品种选育过程中,一定要统筹兼顾,抗病性是重要依据,产量才是最终目标。

Abstract: Fourteen transgenic cotton plants of chitinase and glucanase genes were used to test the resistance to Verticillium wilts,and Jimian 11 as control.The results showed that: The annual diseased degree were certainly different,but mainly trend was same.The diseased degree differed in different growth time.it gradually aggravated,and the symptom of last growth time was most aggravated.and there are difference among test materials.the identify of last time is the most period to Verticillium wilts,the prophase and the metaphase also is the absolutely necessarily reference.1 lines was high resistant to Verticillium wilt,1 resistant,9 tolerant.It show that β-1,3-glucanase and chitinase were resistant to Verticillium wilts,and can express in the cotton plants.The lint yield of high disease resistance cotton was not highest.Yield was target of breeding cotton to Verticillium wilts,while disease resistance was important gist.
