外源甜菜碱对盐胁迫下水稻幼苗光合功能的改善

Exogenous Glycinebetaine Improves Photosynthesis of Rice Seedlings under Salt Stress

摘要: 以水稻为试材,研究了盐胁迫下外源甜菜碱对水稻幼苗光合作用及抗盐生理生化特性的影响。结果表明:一定浓度范围内的甜菜碱可明显增强水稻对盐胁迫的抗性。外源甜菜碱能使叶片叶绿素a荧光诱导动力学参数Fv/Fo,Fv/Fm增高,说明外源甜菜碱有利于植物对光能的捕获和转换,明显促进植物生长,降低盐胁迫对植物的抑制作用;外源甜菜碱能增加过氧化物酶活性,延缓叶片叶绿素含量减少的趋势。

Abstract: Effect of exogenous glycinebetaine(GB)on the salt resistance of rice seedlings including photosynthetic characteristics was studied.The results showed that GB in the certain extent could obviously improve salt resistance of seedlings.GB could increase chlorophyll a fluorescence induction kinetics parameters Fv/Fo,Fv/Fm of leaves of rice seedling under salt stress and improve the growth and light energy conversion of rice seedlings.Exogenous GB could also increase POD activity and slowly reduce the content of chlorophyll.
