摘要: 针对宠物饲料、奶牛饲料和浓缩饲料等不同类型饲料的特点,采取相应的不同DNA提取方法,通过对组成饲料的所有作物成分相应内源基因的检测,确定待测饲料样品的作物组成成分,并建立了各类饲料中转基因成分的检测技术。有针对性地论述了饲料检测中可能出现的问题、技术难点和关键技术,为实际检验工作提供可借鉴的建议。

Abstract: Because of several reasons such as big difference of components among different kinds of animal feed,degradation of DNAs from raw materials and addition of a large amount of supplemental components for e.g.vitamins and trace elements,it becomes difficult to isolate DNAs from animal feed.How to isolate DNA efficiently aimed to different kinds of animal feed using different methods is the hard point.Our target is to establish DNA isolation methods.Due to the complicated situation of animal feed components,for e.g.animal feed from different agricultural producing areas,the component may be highly different,so,firstly we need to figure out clearly kinds of component by PCR-detecting the corresponding native genes of all possible transgenic crops contained in animal feed before detecting the foreign transgenic factors.The detection techniques were established using pet feed,milk cow feed and three kinds of concentrated feed as samples,and using PCR as the main detection method.This thesis specifically discussed the possibly appeared problems,technique difficulties and key techniques in the detection of animal feed,which will be very helpful to the actual detection work.
