黑籽南瓜根提取物对黄瓜体内某些物质的影响

Effect of Extract Solution in Root of C.filifolia on Cucumber

摘要: 分别用蒸馏水、乙醇和乙醚3种溶液提取黑籽南瓜幼苗根内物质,于黄瓜幼苗期(第一真叶宽5cm时及其后第七天)进行叶面喷施处理2次,以3种空白溶液为对照,试验结果表明:叶片和根中的总糖含量高于ck,除乙醇提取液处理试验结果外,其他处理差异均表现为极显著和显著水平;真叶和根内的木质素和单宁含量显著和极显著地增加。

Abstract: Extract solutions were extracted from seedling root of C.filifolia by distilled water,ethanol and ether,and were sprayed into foliage of cucumber 2 times at the seedling stage(i.e.the first leaf 5(c)M in width and the second sprayed 7 days after the first),with the non-extracted solution being control.The result showed that after sprayed,in leaf and root of cucumber,the content of sugar significantly increased than control except the ethanol extracted solution;the content of lignin and tannin significantly increased.
