摘要: 用4000mg/L,5000mg/L,6000mg/L,7000mg/L,8000mg/L和9000mg/L浓度的乙烯利在黄瓜种子期进行雌性化处理(浸泡),以蒸馏水为对照,研究了黄瓜叶片内吲哚乙酸氧化酶活性变化。结果表明,子叶期各处理酶活性均极显著低于对照,各处理分别比对照低了16.989%、16.487%、14.52%、21.685%、30.828%和28.674%,与对照有极显著差异;第一真叶至第三真叶期各处理吲哚乙酸氧化酶活性仍低于对照,与对照有极显著差异;在子叶期至第三叶期,经过8000mg/L处理后的黄瓜叶片内吲哚乙酸氧化酶活性显著低于其他各处理,与其他各处理有极显著差异。

Abstract: It was conducted that cucumber was treated in seeds period with floral at the concentration of 4000mg/L,5000mg/L,6000mg/L,7000mg/L,8000mg/L and 9000mg/L for 12 hours(compared with the study soaked in distilled water),we had studied the IAAO activity metamorphism in the leaf of the cucumber.The result showed,there were extremely differences between them.It was 16.989%,16.487%,14.52%,21.685% and 28.674% higher than the compare.From the period of the first main leaf to the third main leaf,the activity of IAAO was lower than the compare.From the period of the cotyledon to the third leaf,it was extremely lower after soaked in the 8000mg/L than the other period.They had the extremely differences from each other.
