不同浓度乙烯利对黄瓜雌性化的效应

Study on the Cucumber Female Effect in Seeds Period Treated with Floral

摘要: 用不同浓度的乙烯利,在黄瓜种子期进行不同时间的浸种处理,结果表明:在黄瓜的种子期用4000~9000mg/L的乙烯利处理能降低黄瓜第一雌花节位、增加雌花数、减少雄花数、增加雌雄花比值,提高早期产量。浸种处理12h者,浓度以8000mg/L促雌效果最佳,其第一雌花节位比ck降低了1.45个节位,1~30节内对1~15节位雌性化作用效果明显,此节位段雌花数分别比ck增加了47.02%,48.13%,59.48%,且1~30节单株总雌花数比ck增加了48.32%。浸种处理16h者,浓度以7000mg/L促雌效果为佳,其第一雌花节位比ck降低了1.38个节位,1~30节内对1~20节位雌性化作用效果最明显,此节位段雌花数分别比ck增加了41.24%,32.16%,40.26%,26.07%,且1~30节单株总雌花数比ck增加32.83%。1~30节单株总雄花数呈现递减趋势,7000mg/L处理12h的、8000mg/L处理16h的雄花数减少最少,分别比ck降低了29.77%,24.82%。两个处理时间以12h作用效果较为明显。

Abstract: It was conducted that cucumber was treated in seeds period with floral at the concentration of 4000mg/L,5000mg/L,6000mg/L,7000mg/L,8000mg/Land 90 00mg/L for 12 hours and 16 hours respectively(water was check).The results showed that floral treatment lowed the first female flower node、increased the number of female flowers、decreased the number of male flowers、the ratio of female and male flowers and the early yields were increased.The female effect of 8000mg/l for 12 hours was the best,the first female flower node was lowed by 1.45,the female effect from 1 to 15 nodes was significant in 30 nodes.The number of female flowers from 1 to 15 nodes were increased by 47.02%,48.13%,59.48% respectively and the mean number of female flower was increased significantly by 48.32%.The female effect of 7000mg/l for 16 hours was the best,the first female flower node was lowed by 1.38,the female effect from 1 to 20 nodes was significant in 30 nodes.The number of female flower from 1 to 20 nodes were increased by 41.24%,32.16%,40.26%,26.07% respectively and the mean number of female flower was increased significantly by 32.83%.The mean number of male flower was decreased significantly and the difference reached a significant level,the female effect of 8000mg/L for 12 hours and 7000mg/L for 16 hours were significant,decreased by 29.77% and 24.82% respectively.The female effect of treatment for 12 hours was the best.
