万寿菊F1杂交选育的研究

Breeding of Hybrid F1 of Marguerite (Tagetes erecta L.)

摘要: 通过连续姊妹交和单株定向选择,形成雄性不育两用系。通过组合筛选,从46个自交系中筛选出6个适合生产的万寿菊父本:黄色系列4个:万寿菊BLY001、BLY002、BLY003、BLY006;桔色系列2个:万寿菊BLY001、BLY003。孔雀草黄红双色2个:PBHO026、PBHO029。利用雄性不育两用系构建原种生产体系和万寿菊制种生产体系,应用于生产。万寿菊F1具有植株矮小、紧凑、花多、花大、花期长、花色纯正美观、叶浓绿、植株健壮、抗性强的杂种优势。

Abstract: Marguerite(Tagetes erecta L.)is one of the 3 famous worldwide herbace ous flowers.The continuous cross among sister individuals and the individual selection were carried out,and the male sterile line was formed.6marguerite selfing lines were selected as fsther parent(♂) from 46 selfing lines,that include 4 yellow flower series(BLY001、BLY002、BLY003、BLY006)and 2 orange flower series(BLD001、BLD003).2 Tageles patula double-color(yellow-red)lines(PBH026、PBHO029)were selected.Breeder's stocks were produced with the selected selfing lines and the sterile lines.The hybrid F1 show advantages on many characters,such as dwarf and compact in plant morphology.more and bigger flowers.Longer flowering periods.beautiful and pure flower colors,green leaf,healfhy and strong resistance.
